Installation Steps:

Unzip Bootsgrid.zip the files and upload it to your website root directory/app/code.
Run the command php bin/magento setup:upgrade for enable the module
Login to admin panel and go to System->Cache Management. and clear the cache.
If you change any config then don’t forget to clear the magento cache.
